I left this position before it was shipped, but I was glad to see it’s live and running and providing a public service.

Goals

This was a high-priority, quick-turn around project. I quickly iterated through wireframes and gathered content, working directly with the Director of Pathogen Genomic Surveillance (stakeholder) to create an interactive dashboard that tells the story of our contribution to viral sequencing of the coronavirus.

• Show the areas of US that Broad serves 

• Show how much covid sequencing Broad has done to date, by week and cumulatively. 

• Show the result of the covid sequencing broken down by variant

• Link to more resources (Terra, CDC)
