I love taking on complicated problems and transforming them into experiences that feel clear, approachable, and human. My background in industrial design taught me to think about how things are made—factories, materials, and process—and I’ve carried that same focus on craft into the digital world.

Today, I lead the design team for John Hancock’s Personal Investing platform, where we design tools that make retirement investing less intimidating and more intuitive.

In my free time, I rotate through a variety of creative hobbies that involve tiny tools and colorful trimmings.
